1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the website dnzteam.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using the site immediately. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Services
DNZ TEAM LTD provides custom software development and IT consultancy. The specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for any project will be defined in a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website (text, graphics, logos) is the property of DNZ TEAM LTD and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
All software code, designs, and content developed by DNZ TEAM LTD for clients remain the property of the company until all final payments are cleared. Upon full payment, ownership transfers as defined in the signed Master Services Agreement (MSA).
4. Mobile Applications
These terms also govern the use of our mobile applications available on the Apple App Store (under the developer name Jaafar Albu-ali) and Google Play Store (under DNZTeam.iq). DNZ TEAM LTD is the company behind these applications. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms within the respective app.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website's functionality.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNZ TEAM LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or our services, unless explicitly stated in a signed project contract.
7. Digital Services – No Refund
Digital services and deliverables are non-refundable once delivered. Once code, access, or any digital product has been provided to you, you have no right to a refund.
8. Dispute Resolution – Contact Before Bank Action
In case of any technical issue, you must contact DNZ TEAM support at coding@dnzteam.online within 48 hours before taking any action with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues amicably.
9. Chargeback Policy
Any attempt to make a fraudulent chargeback (friendly fraud) after receiving our services will be dealt with legally. The customer may be permanently banned from our services, and we reserve the right to file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities.
10. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
