Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: 01 April 2026

This policy explains how DNZ Team services may be used, especially WhatsApp OTP, DNZ-whats, Web Push Notifications, and payment-related tools.

1. Legitimate and permission-based use

You may use DNZ services only for lawful, transparent, and permission-based communication.

WhatsApp OTP must be used for transactional verification messages requested by the user, such as login, account recovery, payment confirmation, or security checks.

2. No spam or abusive automation

You must not use DNZ-whats, WhatsApp OTP, Push Notifications, or any DNZ API to send spam, phishing, deceptive messages, malware, harassment, scraped-list campaigns, or unwanted bulk communication.

WhatsApp bulk messaging must be limited to contacts who opted in or have a clear business relationship with you.

3. Rate limits and platform rules

You are responsible for respecting WhatsApp, browser, mobile platform, payment provider, and local law requirements.

Do not attempt to bypass safety limits, sending delays, device binding, license controls, or anti-abuse systems.

4. Payment and customer communication

Payment links and payment gateway tools must be used only for legitimate products and services.

You must provide clear product descriptions, customer support, refund terms where applicable, and accurate contact information.

5. Enforcement

DNZ Team may suspend or terminate access if services are used for spam, fraud, abuse, illegal content, platform policy violations, or activity that risks infrastructure reputation.
