Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

Applies to all DNZ services listed in our Terms, including APIs, dashboards, desktop apps, and mobile apps.

2. WhatsApp OTP

• Transactional verification only (login, recovery, payment confirm).
• No marketing OTP blasts or unsolicited codes.
• Respect rate limits and WhatsApp platform policies.

3. DNZ-whats & bulk messaging

• Only opted-in contacts or clear business relationships.
• No scraped lists, spam, phishing, or political manipulation.
• Honor sending delays and license/device binding.

4. Push Notifications

• Users must subscribe knowingly in app or browser.
• No deceptive subscription prompts or silent tracking pushes.

5. DNZ Voice

• No illegal recording, harassment, or robocall abuse.
• Inform users when calls are recorded where law requires consent.

6. Social Hub

• Follow each social network's terms. No impersonation or copyright violations.

7. Payment Gateway

• Legitimate products only. Accurate descriptions and support contact required.
• No laundering, fraud, or mislabeled digital goods.

8. Enforcement

Violations may lead to suspension without refund. Report abuse to [email protected].
