What is WhatsApp OTP API?

WhatsApp OTP API lets your backend send verification messages through a connected WhatsApp session using the DNZ engine endpoint /api/send-otp.

How do I connect my app?

Create an account, connect WhatsApp with QR, generate an API key, then call /api/send-otp from your backend with apiKey, number, and message.

How long does setup take?

For a normal website or app, setup usually requires creating the account, connecting WhatsApp, generating an API key, and adding one backend request.

Which languages are supported?

The API sends the message text you provide, so your backend can send Arabic, English, or any Unicode text supported by WhatsApp.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The current free plan is available for testing with 50 OTP messages daily, one WhatsApp session, and a 30-second minimum interval.

Does DNZ Notifications support FCM?

Yes. The platform includes mobile push credential support for FCM as part of the hybrid push configuration.

Does it support APNs?

Yes. APNs credentials can be configured for iOS delivery in the mobile push settings.

Can I send browser notifications?

Yes. Browser notifications are supported through Web Push subscriptions and VAPID keys.

How are subscribers registered?

Subscribers are registered through /v1/subscribers/register using an API key, recipientId, platform, deviceTransport, and the browser or mobile device token data.

Which DNZ Team services are production-ready today?

The site currently exposes WhatsApp OTP, DNZ-whats desktop licensing, Push Notifications, and custom software services. Some services are marked coming soon when not publicly active.
