Each service uses the same DNZ account email when you sign in on its portal (Social Hub, Gateway, etc.). API keys and billing are managed per service.

I am a beginner — how do I send my first OTP?

Step 1: Read /docs/whatsapp-otp and choose a plan at /pricing/whatsapp-otp. Step 2: Connect your WhatsApp session via the engine API. Step 3: Generate an API key (starts with wb_). Step 4: From your server, POST to /api/send-otp with the key, phone number, and message text. Never put the API key in your website JavaScript.

Why must OTP be sent from the server?

Because the API key is secret. If you put it in a mobile app or browser, anyone can copy it and send messages on your account.

What is the difference between Web Push and FCM?

Web Push uses VAPID keys in the browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). FCM and APNs are for native Android and iOS apps. DNZ Notifications API supports all three — see /docs/push-notifications.
